Sear Bliss: A Deathly Illusion

It just feels like a Sear Bliss kind of a day to me. Anyone else? We are on the cusp of winter, a season that lends it’s self well to black metal enjoyment, and Sear Bliss will soon be making their way into my regular rotation of music. If not already, they should be in yours too.

Sear Bliss was formed in Hungry sometime in 1993. In ’95 they released their first demo and followed that up with a full-length in ’96. Fast forward 14 years and Sear Bliss released their sixth studio album, The Arcane Odyssey, in 2007 to hails and horns from press and their fans alike. From this album I’ve included the track A Deathly Illusion for your listening pleasure.
