New Mini-Site For Cradle of Filth's Darkly, Darkly, Venus Aversa

I’d probably have opted to spend a lot more time talking about Cradle of Filth’s new mini-site for Darkly, Darkly, Venus Aversa if there were anything on there we hadn’t already covered. You can go on there and listen to Lilith Immaculate, browse a small photo gallery, read a statement from Dani, and pick up one of a couple of desktop wallpapers. I guess some of that we haven’t covered but the band is keeping a pretty tight lid on this thing for now so don’t expect anything that will capture your interest for longer than a few minutes.

What will be of interest, however, is that starting on the 22nd of this month the band will release a preview of a new track from the album every Wednesday until it’s release. We’ll be sure remind you of that again when the day is nearer.

Darkly, Darkly, Venus Aversa is set to be released October 22 in Europe and November 9 in North America on Peaceville Records.

As Dani's hair recedes, I see Paul Allender becoming more and more the band's sex figure. Look at him over there in the corner. He's keeping it metal with the horns on one hand, but his other gestures "come to me and my revealing webbed shirt". I really liked the new track though and eagerly await the album!
