Kamelot Postpone North American Tour

Share

I guess all you American (and Canadian, of course) Kamelot fans wont be getting to bask in the band’s Eurodelicious rays this fall after all. You see, the band released a statement stating an illness befalling their vocalist, Roy Khan, is the reason the band has had to pull the plug on all the shows they scheduled in the States this September/November. You may remember Kamelot initially planned the tour with Michael Eriksen filling in on vocals but they revised that decision today because they didn’t feel comfortable doing a North American Tour giving fans any less than a “100% Kamelot experience”.

Rest assured the band will reschedule all or most of the dates I’m sure, as soon as Khan, who’s illness is as of yet undiagnosed, is back to full strength. And let’s be honest here, would you  really want to shell out all that cash to see 4/5 of Kamelot and the dude from Circus Maximus or wait a few months and get the real deal? Let us know in the comments section.
