Heavy Metal Addiction? There's Hope.

Share

I found this little gem today:

In July of last year The Global Post reported of a man, Roger Tullgren, 42, who receives disability benefits for his heavy metal addiction from the government of Sweden.

I applaude Sweden for being pioneers in this and offer assistance to Roger, just one of many of us that suffer not so silently under the weight of this addiction.

Oden hear my prayer, that one day we live in a world in which we all, everyone of us, can receive assistance for our heavy metal addiction which includes, as Mr. Tullgren’s does, money for tickets to concerts, time off from work for said concerts, and a job at which we are allowed to dress as we please and listen to our music (at an appropriate volume, of course).

Solidarity, brothers and sisters of the plight!
