  Discography:  “A Celebration of Guilt” (2004), “United In Regret” (2006), “We Are The Nightmare” (2008), Starve for the Devil” (2010)   Arsis is a technical death metal band formed in 2000 by James Malone and Mike Van Dyne in 2000. Currently signed to Nuclear Blast Records, Arsis has never really had a solid line up, as James Malone prefers to use session musicians for recording. In 2007 Mike Van Dyne left the band for a short time to finish his medical degree. Currently Arsis is:   James Malone- guitar, vocals Nick Cordle- guitar Mike Van Dyne- drums   From the bands technical prowess, to songwriter, James Malone’s melodic yet brutal composition style, Arsis is not a band to be taken lightly. Their latest album “We Are the Nightmare” is an all out assault of sickening duel -guitar riffs, classical sensibilities and powerful sweeping solos.
