Yesterday Judas Priest sat down to a press conference at the Renaissance Hotel in Los Angeles to introduce the world to their latest addition, guitarist Richie Faulkner, and talk about their upcoming farewell tour. Starting October 12, the band will embark on a twenty-date North American tour spanning October and November with Thin Lizzy and Black Label Society in tow. After the press conference, Priest guitarist Glenn Tipton stated to Rolling Stone that this tour might very well be the last chance you’ll get to see the band live.
