Eluveitie New Album Details and Tour Dates

The Switzerland Folk Metal band Eluveitie has released some information regarding their new album.  The new album will be called 'Origins' and will be released on August 5th, 2014 via Nuclear Blast Records. Eluveitie's headman Chrigel Glanzmann has this to say about the new album:

Origins deals in depth with Celtic mythology, or, to be more precise, with aetiological tales from Gaul in particular. Hence we're facing strongly mythical as well as spiritual subjects on this album, topics which we have approached very scientifically and in cooperation with several scientists and diverse universities.

But not only can you look forward to their new album, but they will be going out on a North American tour right after the release date.  The tour will kick off in Baltimore, MD on September 19th, with special guest TYR and Metsatöll.
