Insomnium : New Album Title Announced

As many of you may have known, or figured out, I was out of the office all last week and though Mr. Sparks held down the fort like a champ, he forgot one important bit ‘o news: Insomnium, who’s been working on something new for a little while now, spoke up last week and revealed the album's title. The new record, slated for release sometime in October (marking 2011 as potentially one of the greatest years for heavy metal releases, ever), will be called... *drum roll* One For Sorrow.

Recorded earlier this year in Gothenburg Sweden with sound engineer/ Dark Tranquility bassist Daniel Antonsson, One For Sorrow, is presently in the mixing stage at Fantom Studios in Finland.
