After A Long Day... || Bathory - Nordland

What a day, eh?  News from the Despised Icon camp came as a bit of a surprise, and despite my earlier diatribe, it really is a bummer when bands break up--more than anyone else though, I hope the drummer finds a new home because that dude is freaking amazing.  Today we had some more Dark Tranquillity tour updates and a new video from Heidevolk, so be sure to check those out.  To top a rather eventful day off, I want to go back.  Not waaay back, but a few years to the days of Bathory’s unapologetic return to viking metal with the album ‘Nordland I’.  Enjoy the tail end of your hump day with the track ‘Nordland’ by clicking play above.
