It's no secret that I don't really like Whitechapel. At all. Too much 'chug' and more, too many imitators filling my inbox with press release. It’s a dislike by association thing.
Seriously, at least three times a day I get something about some band, influenced by Whitechapel/insert other generic chug-chug act here, that's going to revolutionize the death metal scene (ha!)/change the face of the genre/insert cliché here/whatever. Every time I listen, I decide I'd like the band better if they were as good Whitechapel. But I don't like Whitechapel. Get it? Forget it.
