On the video, Cauldron front-man Jason Decay comments:
"The video is basically a concentrated day, or a final straw in thelife of Cauldron. We based the concept around the lyrics of the song, which is a bit of an ongoing theme with Burning Fortune. We went for a bit of an edgy type of music video rather than the same old thing 'cause we figured we wouldn't get played on TV anyway.
"It was directed by Kevin MacAllister who normally does videos for Lush Cosmetics. We got hooked up through a friend who used to work there and just went for it. Ian's scene is actually shot at the Lush factory in Toronto..."
Cauldron will be joining Holy Grail this month for a North American tour starting on the 15th at the Viper Room in LA, and wrapping up 23 dates later in Phoenix. For those of you reading this locally; the tour will make a stop in Salt Lake on May 11 where Utah’s own Visigoth and Killbot will join the bands on stage at Club Vegas. Everyone else; dates and venues are after the jump.
Burning Fortune was released on February 15 through Earache Records.
