Opeth To Do Free Acoustic Show + Tour Dates

Opeth will be performing an acoustic free show this weekend at Newbury Comics in Leominster, Massachusetts, kicking off at 3:00 PM. This is just the start of their North American Tour that starts in Buffalo, NY on April 18th.

This time around Opeth will be performing a mix of their new songs and some old songs to better please the crowd. Martin Mendex, the bassist, had this to say:

"We're doing a different kind of tour than last time. Last time some of the fans were disappointed because we were really promoting the last record and we didn't do any of the really heavy songs. But this time we are doing is mish-mash of everything. I hope — I think it will be appreciated."
