Jeff Loomis: Solo Album News, Release Date, Album Art, and More

Former Nevermore guitarist and past, present, future guitar wizard Jeff Loomis has announced the title of his second studio to be Plains of Oblivion. The CD, featuring cover art (pictured above) from Colin Marks of Rain Song Design, is set to be released on April 10 through Century Media Records and will contain the following ten tracks:

02. The Ultimatum (feat. Tony MacAlpine)
03. Escape Velocity
04. Tragedy And Harmony (feat. Christine Rhoades)
05. Requiem For The Living (feat. Attila Voros)
06. Continuum Drift (feat. Chris Poland)
07. Surrender (feat. Ihsahn)
08. Chosen Time (feat. Christine Rhoades)
09. Rapture
10. Sibylline Origin

On April 21, 2011, Loomis, along with fellow founding member Van Williams, announced their departure from Nevermore citing personal and musical differences.
