Blast From the Past || Quo Vadis - Dysgenics (2000)

Named for the novel by Polish writer Heneryk Sienkiewicz, Quo Vadis (meaning, Where are you going?) is a technical death metal with band from Canada. Blending traditional death metal with elements of classical, and opera music, Quo Vadis has melded their own blend of a technical, Gothenburg-esq sound, on the other side of the ocean. We have not heard so much as a peep from this little known band since ’07, but recently they announced that they are working on a new album and released a little taste of it on their myspace. I am calling Quo Vadis out of the vaults for some fresh air to get you excited for the new album. Here is the video for the song “Dysgenics” from their 2000 album “Day into Night”.
