  Discography:  “The Hero Cycle” (2003), “Remains of the Gods” (2005), “Facing the Thousand” (2006), “Stormchaser “(2008)   Light This City was a melodic, death metal band with thrash elements. The band was signed to Prosthetic Records and when they broke up in early 2008 they had the following members:   Laura Nichol- vocals Brian Forbes- guitar Ryan Hansen- guitar John Frost- bass Ben Murray- drums.   Light This City, may they rest in piece, was one of my favorite bands back in the day. They had a simplistic and straightforward approach to metal- something we don’t see often enough. Light This City always knew how to pack a punch with guest musicians on their albums from Trevor Strnad (The Black Dahlia Murder) to Chuck Billy (Testament). Most of the members of LTC have since gone on to do other musical projects so keep your eyes peeled for that.
